What should you know before you jump into the pools?

Before you jump into the pools at Vildbjerg Swimming Pool, there are a number of rules and information we recommend you read. These rules are established primarily for safety and hygiene reasons, to ensure everyone has a great experience at the swimming pool. Below, you can read more about the rules. - Tickets: Tickets for Vildbjerg Swimming Pool can be purchased at the reception of Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center. Reception opening hours are generally Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 07:30 to 22:00, and Sunday from 07:30 to 18:00, but these hours may vary on weekends and public holidays depending on other activities at the center.
- Lockers: In the men’s and women’s changing rooms, you can lock your clothes and valuables in a locker. To activate the locker lock, you need to insert a 20 DKK coin, which will be returned when you open the locker again.
- Equipment: Swimming goggles, swim diapers, swim pants, nose clips, and much more can be purchased at the reception of Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center. See more under the "Prices" section.
- Mandatory: All children who are not toilet trained must wear Happy Nappy swim pants or similar neoprene swim pants. If you don’t have such swim pants, they can be purchased at the reception of Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center.
- Hygiene rules: It is mandatory to thoroughly wash your body before using the pools at Vildbjerg Swimming Pool. Signs in the changing rooms clearly explain what is meant by “thorough washing.” These rules are set for hygiene reasons and to maintain good water quality in the pools.
Safety rules: Vildbjerg Swimming Pool has a number of safety rules that must be followed at all times by all visitors, with no exceptions. These rules are posted in the pool area, and we ask that you read them before entering the water.
- Lifeguard: During our public opening hours, a lifeguard will be present on site.
- Other rules: Use of Vildbjerg Swimming Pool is at your own risk, and all children under 12 years old must be supervised by an accompanying adult.
