First and foremost, you get 2 full meeting days to focus intensely on your specific agenda points. The only thing you need to think about is the meeting content — we take care of ensuring the perfect setting for your meeting. The meeting package itself is the same as our “Day Meeting+” package, which includes:

Arrival day:
- 8–10 hours meeting
- Room, AV equipment, and service
- Morning coffee with homemade rolls, cold cuts, cheese, and jam
- Refreshing juice at the start of the meeting
- Unlimited coffee/tea, iced water, and fruit by the room all day
- The kitchen’s delicious lunch buffet, including 1 soft drink or spring water
- Afternoon serving with cake and fruit

Day 2:
- 8–10 hours meeting
- Room, AV equipment, and service
- Unlimited coffee/tea, iced water, and fruit by the room all day
- The kitchen’s delicious lunch buffet, including 1 soft drink or spring water
- Afternoon serving with cake and fruit

Additionally included:
- Overnight stay in a single room
- Free access to the fitness center, swimming pool, and warm water area
- 2-course dinner on the arrival day (main course and dessert including coffee/tea, excluding other drinks)
- Delicious breakfast buffet on day 2
- Free parking (electric car charging available for a fee through the provider)
- Free WiFi

You can also choose from the following add-ons:
- Extra group room – DKK 575 per room
- Hours in our sports halls – DKK 350 per hour
- Hours on our outdoor padel courts – DKK 200 per hour per court

The evening can be used for preparation or relaxation. Alternatively, we can help arrange an activity of either a social or professional nature. Examples include shooting at Trehøje Shooting Association’s modern indoor shooting range, wheelchair rugby in the hall with an instructor, an introduction to mental training, or football golf in the nearby area.
