Vildbjerg Cup 2025
Vildbjerg Cup is an international football tournament for girls and boys aged 7 to 17. The history dates back to 1979, and the 2025 edition will mark the 45th time the event has been held (canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19). Typically, around 625–650 teams participate, with approximately 9,500 players, leaders, and coaches. Additionally, about 9,000 parents, siblings, and other supporters stay at Vildbjerg Cup’s campgrounds, hotels, and hostels in the local area. This makes Vildbjerg Cup one of Europe’s largest youth football tournaments and one of Denmark’s biggest sports events.
While football is the main focus, social activities and various leisure options are also highly valued. The matches take place on what are arguably Denmark’s best football fields at Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center. Over four days, around 2,000 matches are played on 44 beautifully maintained grass pitches, all officiated by well-trained referees from across Denmark and several other countries.
The international atmosphere encourages socializing between matches, cozy moments at the campsites, fun and play at the swimming pool, Hop & Roll playland, and the Event Plaza, culminating in a huge party at the big Open Air disco. New friendships are formed, inspiring participants to return year after year!

Sclerosis Festival 2025
Sclerosis Festival 2025 is a collaborative project initiated by local branches of the Multiple Sclerosis Association Mid-West Jutland. The idea originated from a meeting in Grenaa, where the goal was to attract more volunteers to the boards of local associations. From this meeting, the concept of a festival emerged—one that brings people together and engages them around multiple sclerosis.
The festival is built on three key principles highly valued by Generations Z and Y: Knowledge, Community, and Sustainability. It is aimed at people with multiple sclerosis, their relatives, and others interested. Through presentations, activities, and shared experiences, we focus on the disease and its challenges—all within a framework that emphasizes sustainability and knowledge sharing.
