To ensure you feel completely at home at our hotel, we’ve gathered some useful information for you as a guest. If you need any information before, during, or after your stay at Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center, you are always welcome to contact us or visit the reception at the center. We look forward to welcoming you.
- Arrival and Check-in: If you’re lucky enough to have booked a hotel room at Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center, your room will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. You can check in at the reception from 3:00 PM until the center closes. If you arrive late – or if the center is closed for any reason – you can still get in. Check-in takes place via Entrance B, where you’ll find information on your room number and how to access it, displayed on the door sign.
- Payment: If you haven’t already paid via online booking, payment is due upon arrival. We accept credit cards, cash, and MobilePay. If you arrive outside of reception opening hours, you can pay upon departure. If your stay is work-related, it’s also possible to be invoiced.
- Breakfast Buffet: If you’ve booked accommodation with breakfast included, your morning meal will be served in our Lounge. Breakfast is available on weekdays from 6:45 AM to 9:15 AM, and on weekends/holidays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If you didn’t book breakfast but change your mind upon arrival, you can add it at check-in for DKK 70.00 per person. You can also pre-order packed lunches, lunch, and dinner for your stay in advance. Note: At certain times, the kitchen is closed on Sunday evenings.
- Room Inspection: Our cleaning staff carries out room inspections on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- WiFi: Free WiFi is available throughout Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center for overnight guests and other visitors. No password is required. The network name is "Sports_og_Kulturcenter".
- Parking: Parking is free at Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center. Several parking areas are available, so you can choose the one closest to your room. If you’re driving an electric car, charging stations are available. There are 8 public charging stations that work with the EWII, Clever, or Monta apps. The chargers are 22 kW Type 2, and you’ll need to bring your own cable to charge. Please note: the parking spaces by the chargers have a 4-hour time limit. - Dog in Room: Dogs are welcome in our hotel rooms for a fee of DKK 250 per dog. If you are bringing a dog, this must be pre-booked.
- Check-out: On your departure day, please check out of your room by 10:00 AM.
