Trehøje Golf Course...

 

One of the courses we refer to in our golf package is the course at Trehøje Golf Club. It is less than 7 km from Vildbjerg Sports & Culture Center to Trehøje Golf Club. Trehøje Golf Club boasts a gem of a golf course set in beautiful nature— a course every golfer should experience. Golf Magazine has written the following about the course:

"Trehøje Golf Club near Vildbjerg is not very well known but ranks among Denmark's best courses. The course is located in West Jutland between Holstebro and Herning and has not made much noise. When I first heard about it, I am not quite sure, but I had heard that Trehøje is probably one of the country's best golf courses. This reputation has spread by word of mouth rather than extensive marketing and grand gestures.Looking at the club’s website, the course is described as follows: 'The course lies in a beautiful and hilly heath and forest terrain. From the highest points of the course, there is a fantastic view over Rødding, Vildbjerg, and Timring. The course is very varied and demanding. Several holes feature lakes. Additionally, remnants can be seen from the time when brown coal was mined in the area."
